Re-decorates the class and topic for not being failed more!

Mr. Mithu is a young school teacher. He is teaching mathematics. Always thinks  about his students. Try to make his lecture more students friendly. Mr. Mithu is acting heart and soul for making every deliver easy to all. But he is feeling what he efforts, students are not getting properly.  Some of the class is doing great but still this number below the satisfactory level. Sometimes he falling down in depressed. He cannot understand despite every student is smart and intelligent enough why they are not getting even easy topic equally.

On the other hand, the failed student named Rafiq is good at school sports. He is leading the school debating club also. No doubt on his smartness or intelligence. But he is not getting the academic topics properly. Teacher concludes Rafiq as a slow learner. They are thinking he is wasting her days by doing this extracurricular activity!

This is a common phenomenon in all the school in our country. After having the equal effort to all in the same topic everyone is not getting topic equally. Someone ranked top while other ranked last. Teachers are concluding that last ranked student's as slow learners. They are even losing their hope on them. Students are being last, losing their confidence and getting out of learning day by day.
But have we ever thought why someone is being slow learner while there has also some fast learner in the same class?  Today I am going to introduce a great invented method to have this answer. This is the learning style.
Students are normally using seven channels to learn something while our class is not properly decorated for all styles. We can call the students by seven ways of learning.  Such as,

Visual Learners
Students who are natural visual learners will be better taught with as many pictures and imagery for the explanation of concepts. If you are teaching them geography, be sure to include plenty of maps. Same word to teach Science. If you want to teach them kidneys function, be sure to have proper images explanation of this body parts.

Aural Learners
These learners can get topic easily by nice listening. It could be good music on physics theory. They are could be performers in the school band! By treating them with good vocally teaching, the teacher can make sure there proper learning. Encourage them to use their own voice, and share with them some knowledge about what you know about different types of learners in the classroom.

Verbal Learners
Verbal instructions, as well as writing activities, inspire these students to absorb information most effectively. Students with strong verbal learning skills often become journalists, other types of writers, public speakers, and teachers themselves. To ensure their proper learning Attach acronyms or mnemonic devices to lessons, this can help them remember more effectively.

Physical Learners
Physical learners are like to learn by touching objects then visualizing them. They always try to do something by hand or by their physical movement. You can give them a pen and paper and have them map out their own thoughts and problem-solve by hand. It is not easy to give them a task to have the best learn. The teacher has to be the best technics inventor for them.

Logical Learners
Logical learners are always trying to solve the puzzle by creating logic. They are inheritably often making the question on their learning staff. Logical learners are a natural fit for mathematics, science, and other logic-based subjects in school. To create work that helps these students with different types of learning styles learn, challenge them to solve problems, and unlock the mystery of their education on their own. They need to be mentally challenged and thrive off solving critical thinking issues.

Social Learners
Social learners are natural group workers and are the kinds of students who seem to be everywhere in school – at all the extracurricular activities, sports, band, debate, and socializing with teachers and students. They are suits for good organizers. Teachers can form the group work for them. They could be assigned to the leadership position of a school club.

Solitary Learners
Solitary learners are more comfortable sorting out problems on their own, and their independence should be celebrated and fostered in healthy ways. They don’t like to share their learning with others. They have their own world. We can find them as most introvert also. To treat them properly teacher can make some problem to solve alone.

Upper written seven styles are using by students most. A student can use all seven style but dominating one. We can sound it by percentage. The style is taking more percentage in ones leaning we can call him by this learner.  Suppose Rafiq using 67% Social Style for his learning and only 10% aural style. So it could be the prior reason behind for being failed of  Rafiq’s in Mr. Mithu’s mathematics class.  Like Mr. Mithu decorated his class on the basis of aural style.

Unless you understand how each student learns best, you won't be able to help them learn at their maximum potential. Every student is different on the basis of their using channel to learn.
Suppose Hasan and Rafiq are schoolboys. Hasan is using logical thinking channel most to learn something. Count it 47% and using gossiping channel rarely like 5%.  Rafiq is using gossiping channel most for his learning. Count it 60% and logical thinking channel only 7%.

They are different. Even their behavior would rarely be matched! Now think about that.  If a teacher decorates his lecture based on knowledge sharing then it very possible, Rafiq would be the first ranked student and Hasan would not be counted in rank!

In our country, most of the class is decorated only based on aural. The student will learn only by listening to their teacher's lecture. Then we can conclude Hasan and Rafiq both would be worst performing student in this system.

A student for being failed or slow learner is not their guilt. It is our systematical problem. It's a great time to redecorate our class for the betterment of learning. Better to start late!
