Quality Education First!

Let's think about the ratio 1:50. It seems like a channel controls the motion of water coming from 50 rivers. It's quite impossible.
This ratio has another significant meaning. It shows our teachers vs students ratio in primary education! Where international slandered is 1:30.
We are spending for education is 14.4% of national budget, which corresponds to 2% of GDP. Compare to another neighbouring country it's really disappointing.

But our achievement on primary education is not lacklustre as our expenditure! If I want to mention some of them it will be like,
*97.96% children are enrolled in primary education in 2017 compared to 84.70% in 2010
*99% of schools have received textbooks within the first month of each academic year
*The percentage of schools that meet minimum quality standards has increased from 17% in 2010 to 32.80% in 2017.
Yap, overall data has shown we are in right way. But its time to think about the teachers quality. Ask yourself after having been graduated from a university are you really want to be a teacher of primary school?
If the answer is negative please ask you why! Answer of many undefined will be defined!
