Quality Education First! Let's think about the ratio 1:50. It seems like a channel controls the motion of water coming from 50 rivers. It's quite impossible. This ratio has another significant meaning. It shows our teachers vs students ratio in primary education! Where international slandered is 1:30. We are spending for education is 14.4% of national budget, which corresponds to 2% of GDP. Compare to another neighbouring country it's really disappointing. But our achievement on primary education is not lacklustre as our expenditure!
